After a meeting between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Japan was invited to attend the G7 Hiroshima summit.

  • Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida signed two agreements during their bilateral talks: the renewal of the Memorandum of Cooperation in Japanese and the exchange of notes on the JICA loan for 300 billion yen for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad high-speed railway project.
