• The MoU was signed on June 14, 2023 by Naveen Gulati of Indian Railways and Isabel Coleman of USAID.

• The MoU covers areas such as long-term energy planning, energy efficiency policy, clean energy procurement, regulatory support and bidding management for renewable energy.
