Noted Kannada poet Nadoja Channaveera Kanavi died on 16 February 2022 at Dharwad,Karnataka. He was 93 years old.
He was often referred to as ‘Samanvaya Kavi’ (Poet of Reconciliation),
He won the Kendra Sahitya Akademi award for his collection of poems 'Jeevadhwani' in 1982.
